Vocational Departments

The Vocational Departments target students aged 14 years and above within mildand moderate levels.

The Mosan Center works to rehabilitate and train students by developing and investing in their physical, cognitive, social, and vocational abilities, enabling them to work independently and live with dignity.

These programs also seek to create income-generating opportunities that provide material, psychological, and moral support to students and their families.

Training is conducted with the consent and active involvement of families, through continuous coordination to select the most suitable vocational path, participate in developing individual work plans, and support follow-up to ensure progress toward the desired outcomes.

Vocational training is implemented in three main stages:

1. Vocational Preparation
   Introducing students to the chosen profession, its rules, tools, and basic requirements, while developing essential skills and fostering positive attitudes toward work, taking into account individual differences and personal interests.
2. Practical Application
   Providing hands-on training to ensure students achieve an appropriate level of professional performance, with the ability to maintain consistency, improve skills, and progress within the vocation.
3. Workplace Training
   Training students in workplace etiquette, communication skills, and social interaction, including participation in exhibitions and events under the direct supervision of the responsible team.
