Mosan Centre employs today 68 staff as Administrators, Specialists: Psychologist, Behavior Modification, Educational Coordinator- teachers, volunteers and trainees, workers and cooks.
Most of the former teachers joined Mosan without formal tertiary training in special education, as their training was on-the-job and short-course training programmes.
Today, the teacher must be special education graduate.
